Best Software Tools?
I am running a research project and trying to identify software that improves productivity or “changes the game” in the following property industry areas:
- Commissioning Management
- Commissioning
- TAB
- Project Managment
- Project documentation management
- CRM for professional services firms
I am not interested in Primavera, AutoCAD, REVIT or Salesforce.com. These are all well known and frankly too specialised and expensive.
What I am interested in is are software applications, new and existing, that are being used effectively to automate or improve processes and work flow.
For example, on a mega airport project WhatsApp groups are being used by the commissioning manager to improve communication and work flow efficiency. Frankly, on this project, it is a game changer.
