Great to see the UK in the top 10 countries with the most sustainable energy policies.
I note Canada (Ranked 13) and the USA (Ranked 15) are up there but they should be leading the top 10 not chasing it.
From a property perspective it is on property developers and local governments to drive demand for low energy, high performance buildings.
In the residential sector, it is on all of us to reject low performance housing.
